An activator that when used together with high viscosity superglue creates a rapid high strength bond. Ideal for PVC, PVCu and plastics applications as it will not yellow.
Alpha Chem PVCu and plastic Acti-spray is an aerosol applied activator for use with Superglue adhesive, Suitable for use with all cyanoacrylate superglues.
For use with all makes and manufacturers cyanoacrylate superglues setting the super glue in 10 seconds.

Directions
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, dry and free from dust, grease or other contaminants.
- Substrates need to be smooth and have a perfect connection area.
- Spray the Alpha Chem activator lightly over one of the surfaces and allow to dry.
- Apply a thin layer of the superglue to the other surface
- Join substrates together immediately and press firmly for one minute.
- Depending on the substrates and temperature a bond will typically be formed in 2鈥?0 seconds.
Limitations and Warnings
Avoid exposure to strong light and heat sources.
Do not drip into skin or eyes can cause serious injury to eyes.
If the applied activator is running off the substrate as a liquid too much has been applied and may lead to discolouration or staining of the surface.
Extremely Flammable keep away from sources of ignition.
A patch test is always recommended on a hidden surface to test compatibility with substrate, including discolouration
Excessive use may still cause discolouration on the upvc plastic sufrace, a patch test on a hidden surface is recommended where discolouration may be an issue.
