OWATROL Deks Olje D2 is a high gloss varnish-like flexible finish that gives all types of woods a deep rich shine. OWATROL Deks Olje D2 is applied to woods that are already fully saturated with D1, the two combine to give a long-lasting brilliant Gloss finish.

D.2 will not craze or blister and because ofDEKS OLJE D.1s penetrating qualities will not peel or flake as water is unable to get into the wood.

Basic Uses

• Horizontal and Vertical surfaces applications.
• Hardwoods (Exotic and Broad Leaved) – Oak, Chestnut, Teak, Mahogany, Iroko.
• Softwoods – Pine, Larch, Cedar.
• Exterior – All surfaces above the waterline Rubbing Strakes, Handrails, Wheel Houses, Booms, Masts, Garden furniture, window and door frames, gates etc
• Interior – Furniture, Seating, window Frames etc.
• Dry time: 12-24 hours per coat, depending on temperature and humidity.
• Type: Solvent Alkyd-Urethane Resins.
• Colour: Clear Amber.
• Approximate Coverage: 15m per litre

Good Application practice

1. Apply between 8掳C and 35掳C.
2. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces.

New wood:

All new wood must be treated with DEKS OLJE D.1 first.

Weathered wood previously treated with DEKS OLJE D.1:

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of all surface contamination.

Clean and restore surfaces that have lightened to a grey finish, with NET-TROL before applying D.2.
