SikaBond 54 Wood Floor is a one component adhesive for full surface bonding.

Fast curing, solvent free professional wood floor adhesive with very good workability and low consumption per square meter.

Professional wood floor adhesive that is fast curing, solvent-free and elastic. For full stick bonding of both solid and engineered wood floors.

It is also suitable for use with sub-floor heating systems.

Features elastic properties to help dampen thesound of foot traffic and reduce the stress transfer between the woodfloor and the substrate below.

Can be sanded after just 12 hours.

Uses:

Solid and engineered wood floors strips, longstrips, planks, panels and boards, mosaic parquet, industrial parquet, laminated parquet, wood paving (residential),

Plywood OSB and chipboard can all be installed by full surface bonding.

Can be used over of old ceramic tiles or conjunction with underfloor heating systems if required.

Usage: Full Surface Bonding:

600 to 700g per m2 with notched trowel B3 e. g. lam parquet, mosaic parquet and industrial parquet.

600 to 800g per m2 with notched trowel B6 or engineered strips / planks, lam parquet, mosaic parquet.

600 to 900g per m2 with notched trowel B11 solid wood, engineered long strips / panels, industrial parquet, wood paving residential, chipboard.

For bonding of long or wide boards or on uneven substrates it may be necessary to use a notched trowel with bigger notches to prevent hollow areas.

For substrates primed with SikaBond Rapid DPM the consumption of SikaBond 54 Wood Floor is reduced.
